Q: How far in advance do you accept bookings?

If you are booking the conference room or meeting rooms online, it will alllow you to reserve up to 4 months in advance. We can sometimes be more flexible for custom bookings.

Q: Can we bring our own food for events?

We offer catering packages from local restaurants that are competitively priced and include setup and clean-up costs. However, if you want to bring your own food you are welcome to do so but there is an additional fee.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to a week in advance with no fee. You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance for 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking and now-shows will be charged the full amount for the booking.

Q: Can I book oustide the hours listed on your website?

Yes, but this would be considered a custom booking. Contact us for more information and availability.

Q: Do you offer any type of coworking or one day passes?

Unfortunately at this time we can only offer the space for events, conferences, meeting room space at the listed hourly rates. We encourage you to check out WeWork, locatd just around the corner from our space for coworking options.

Q: Can I stop in to tour and view the space?

Yes, we would love to show you the space but you must book an appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time.
